Field Specialist III – Wireline Services

About the role

The Field Specialist III – Wireline Services executes wireline operations at well sites, ensuring safe, efficient intervention, data acquisition, and well integrity. As a key member of the field team, you will support senior specialists, troubleshoot issues, and interface directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rig‑up, testing, and execution of slickline and electric line services.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate wireline units, pressure control equipment, and logging tools.
• Monitor job parameters, conduct basic depth‑control calculations, and ensure safe operations.
• Document job logs, service reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Support inventory management and ensure availability of consumables.
• Assist junior crew members and enforce safety and procedural compliance.
• Participate in safety meetings, JHAs, and risk assessments.
• Provide 24‑hour on‑call support for wireline operations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of oil‑and‑gas field experience with wireline services.
• Hands‑on experience in slickline and/or electric line operations.
• Well‑control certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work rotational schedules (50‑75%).
