About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm and welcoming experience to our guests throughout their stay. The role involves managing check‑in and check‑out, handling reservations and responding to guest inquiries while collaborating with other hotel departments.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests personally, escort them to rooms and provide hotel and local information.
- Efficiently process check‑in and check‑out, including accurate posting of incidental charges.
- Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and manage reservations using the Front Office system.
- Stay informed about daily rate and occupancy levels to support decision‑making.
- Adhere to cashiering standards and ensure precise handling of all charges.
- Protect guest privacy and uphold hotel policies, health, safety and environmental standards.
Required profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to guest inquiries.
- Team player who can collaborate with other departments.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Required skills
- Experience with computerized Front Office systems for reservations and billing.
