About the role

The Guest Relations Officer supports the efficient operation of the Guest Relations Department at Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures a seamless experience for guests, employees, and owners while upholding the high service expectations of a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Relations Department within the Rooms Division.
  • Support the implementation of corporate strategies and brand standards in daily operations.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks related to guest relations.

Required profile

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Required skills

  • Arabic language proficiency.
