Interior Site Engineer – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to lead and supervise interior fit‑out projects in Kuwait City. The role involves overseeing site execution, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all work aligns with drawings, specifications and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities for interior fit‑out works.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality control, enforce safety standards and guarantee timely completion.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requisitions.
• Resolve on‑site issues and manage design or technical changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong ability to supervise site execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ and interior specifications.
• Commitment to quality, safety and schedule adherence.
