About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Staff to join a reputable exchange company in Kuwait City. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide networking support and resolve connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
- Deliver hardware and software support for end‑users.
- Perform basic system and network troubleshooting.
- Offer user technical support and maintain IT equipment.
Required profile
- Candidates with knowledge in networking, CCTV, printer configuration, hardware/software support and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to assist users and maintain IT equipment.
