Junior Analyst – Asset Management (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst to join our Asset Management team. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates immediate exposure to portfolio management, client pitching and marketing material preparation. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and senior analysts, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating pitchbooks, proposals and marketing collateral to support capital‑raising initiatives.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to serve existing clients and present new investment ideas.
• Support discretionary portfolio management tasks, including documentation, transaction processing and client reporting.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects across the business, ensuring a fast learning curve.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Economics.
• Internship experience in wealth management, asset management, consulting or banking is a plus.
• Progress toward CFA Level 1, FRM or CAIA is viewed favorably.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented, curious and self‑driven.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation creation.
• Basic valuation techniques and numerical analysis.
