Junior HR Executive

About the role

The Junior HR Executive provides essential support across a range of HR functions, acting as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth and compliant operations. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, attendance monitoring, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, collect applications, and support both local and overseas hiring processes.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, coordinate online tests and first‑round face‑to‑face interviews.
• Arrange interview schedules with candidates, senior HR staff, and hiring managers.
• Gather required documents for visa issuance, airline ticket booking, and local hiring, and prepare offer letters and joining documents.
• Maintain and update physical and electronic employee files, tracking expiry of passports, visas, and insurance.
• Update employee information in the HRMS, generate standard HR reports and assist with data verification during audits.
• Monitor daily attendance, process leave applications, and support payroll‑related attendance reporting.
• Handle basic employee queries, maintain engagement records, and assist in grievance investigations under guidance.
• Support senior HR staff in drafting policies, issuing employee letters, communicating HR updates, and organizing training or engagement events.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional able to assist senior HR executives and managers.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation, schedules, and data entry tasks.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employee onboarding procedures.
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documents.
