Junior IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. You will provide hands‑on support for both on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations while delivering high‑quality technical assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via the IT Helpdesk, adhering to SLA requirements.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications, including routine patching and upgrades.
• Support Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network devices such as switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Help manage hybrid environments in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft 365.
• Support information security policies, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and physical security controls (CCTV, server‑room access, UPS).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of IT experience with exposure to security tasks and ITSM processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal (including on‑call) and written communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
