About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive awareness and demand for BD’s urology and critical care solutions across hospitals and acute‑care settings in the assigned territory (Qatar or Kuwait). You will act as the primary liaison between BD and key healthcare professionals, ensuring product support, market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide continuous product support and education to hospitals, infection control teams, ICUs and other decision‑makers.
- Assist with the development of existing products and support the launch of new solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market adoption of BD’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
- Conduct customer segmentation, maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and deliver best‑in‑class service.
- Perform ongoing market, competitive and business intelligence analysis.
- Organise promotional, educational meetings, symposia and conferences for medical staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare sciences or a related discipline.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience within the healthcare or medical‑device sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong customer focus and analytical mindset.
