Loader, Grader Operator & Dump Truck Driver – Immediate Hiring

About the role

We are seeking experienced heavy‑equipment operators to join our construction team in Kuwait. The positions include motor grader operator, wheel loader operator and dump truck driver, supporting a range of civil works on site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate motor graders, wheel loaders, dump trucks and hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport and unload materials according to project specifications.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other crew members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site procedures.

Required profile

• Indian nationality with a transferable visa (minimum 18 years old).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Minimum 10 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Strong background in civil or mechanical fields for supervisory roles.
