About the role
We are urgently hiring an Online Sales Coordinator Assistant to support our growing e‑commerce and online sales operations in the FMCG and Household Goods sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate online sales orders from various platforms.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and support customer service activities.
- Support the Sales Department in achieving online sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in online sales or sales coordination.
- Experience in FMCG and Household Goods products is preferred.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
