Operations Director - Kuwaiti National

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking a senior leader to head Digital Operations across its regional footprint. The Operations Director will own the P&L, drive operational excellence, and shape the strategic growth of the Digital Solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Digital Solutions operations, ensuring customer KPIs for quality and on‑time delivery are met while applying Iron Mountain best practices.
• Partner with Finance and executive leadership to manage regional P&L, develop five‑year real‑estate and growth strategies, and provide accurate financial forecasting.
• Oversee organizational structure and labor capacity, fostering a culture of continuous development through succession planning and mentorship of Operations Managers and Supervisors.

Required profile

• Extensive leadership experience in large‑scale Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations such as mailroom, scanning, or data capture, with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong technical knowledge of document‑management platforms, specifically Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Proven strategic business acumen to build long‑term plans, manage high‑impact programs, and influence outcomes in a globally matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
