Oracle IBP & S&OP Functional Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle IBP & S&OP Functional Architect to lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end supply chain planning solutions. The role is remote, based in India, and supports Kuwait business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle IBP/S&OP solution design and implementation across demand, supply, inventory, and production planning.
• Design planning processes for milk, dairy products, and short‑shelf‑life inventory.
• Integrate Oracle Planning with Oracle ERP, Procurement, Manufacturing, WMS and Logistics systems.
• Facilitate executive S&OP cycles, KPI reviews and scenario planning.
• Support testing, cut‑over, hyper‑care and user training activities.
• Provide functional leadership to offshore delivery teams and customer stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Planning.
• Minimum 5 years in FMCG/Dairy/Food & Beverage supply chain environments.
• Proven track record delivering global remote implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer‑facing consulting skills.
