Warehouseman

About the role

The Warehouseman will handle a full range of inbound and outbound warehouse activities across multiple business units. You will work closely with the team leader to ensure smooth flow of goods, maintain safety standards, and support daily operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, put‑away, feed and replenish stock according to established procedures.
• Pick orders from pick lists, prioritising as directed by management.
• Place orders in the correct staging area and report any discrepancies.
• Load vehicles in the proper sequence and support de‑stuffing and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and report damaged or exceptional products.
• Assist with accurate goods receipt, stock counting and value‑added tasks such as repacking and labeling.
• Perform other warehouse duties as required by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to meet performance standards in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong health and safety awareness, including compactor operation.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Flexible and enthusiastic attitude toward shift work.
• Team‑player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (advantageous).
• Compactor operation.
• Basic computer skills, especially RF device handling.
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse modules.
