Part‑Time Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Part‑Time Auditor to join our logistics and finance team in Farwaniya. The auditor will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial and operational documents related to freight forwarding and supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial records, invoices, and operational documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously and meet set deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., internal audit or accounting) are a plus.
• Prior auditing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or TMS systems.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and analyze data for trends and anomalies.
