Logistic Coordinator – Immediate Start

About the role

The company is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to join its operations team on an urgent basis. This full‑time position is based in Kuwait and requires an individual who can quickly integrate into the logistics workflow and support supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and supply‑chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation schedules.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Ability to work immediately and possess a transferable visa for Kuwait.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
