Plastic Molding & 3-Axis CNC Operator

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Molding Machine and 3‑Axis CNC Operator to run and monitor our molding and CNC equipment in Shuwaikh. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines, molds, tools and materials according to production requirements.
• Run 3‑axis CNC machines for cutting, drilling, milling and related operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions and specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes and basic adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
• Identify and correct basic machine or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers and production staff as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating plastic molding machines.
• Experience with 3‑axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of machine setup, tooling and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of plastic molding processes and CNC machining.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
