Presales & Technical Consultant – AEC Software

About the role

The Presales & Technical Consultant will support delivery, implementation and presales activities for BIM, CAD and digital construction solutions across Kuwait. This position blends technical expertise with client consulting to help customers maximise the value of their technology investments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and technical challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical workshops.
• Support the sales team with solution design, proposals, RFPs and technical documentation.
• Advise customers on BIM, CAD and digital construction workflows and best practices.
• Design and present end‑to‑end solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Perform software implementation, configuration and deployment activities.
• Provide user training, ongoing technical support and conduct proof‑of‑concept projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting or technical delivery within the AEC technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autodesk certifications are highly advantageous.
