Mechanical Engineer – DX Villa Projects

About the role

The Mechanical Engineer will supervise and coordinate mechanical works for villa projects, focusing on DX air‑conditioning and HVAC installations. The role involves ensuring installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works for villa projects, including DX HVAC installation.
• Review HVAC/mechanical drawings and ensure installation follows approved specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site conflicts.
• Monitor subcontractors and technicians, conduct inspections, and ensure quality of work.
• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DX HVAC systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/MEP projects, preferably in villa projects.
• Experience working in Kuwait or GCC is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong practical experience with DX HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV, split units, package units, ducting, ventilation, and refrigerant piping.
• Experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC/MEP drawings.
