Product Content Manager

About the role

Snoonu is seeking a Product Content Manager to lead its Commercial Content team in Kuwait. You will own end‑to‑end catalog operations, ensuring that marketplace content is accurate, timely and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle content operations including onboarding, catalog updates, promotions, approvals and operational requests.
• Lead team leads and agents to meet productivity targets, SLA goals and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor operational KPIs, build reporting frameworks and produce dashboards on productivity, QA performance and trends.
• Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Product and Support teams to align execution with business objectives.
• Lead automation and process‑improvement projects to reduce manual effort and scale operations.
• Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity and utilization optimization.
• Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management or e‑commerce operations.
• Proven track record leading teams in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Process‑oriented with a focus on SLA management and workflow optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
