Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are urgently hiring Production Operators for a multinational paint manufacturing company in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line to ensure smooth manufacturing of paint products.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and prepare them according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into storage tanks.
• Operate various production machinery and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Liaise with the Quality Control team for final paint adjustments.
• Fill and package approved paint products.
• Perform other manual labour tasks related to the production process.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider is a plus.
• Knowledge of forklift operation.
