Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Operator for its paint manufacturing plant in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line, ensuring raw materials are processed correctly and finished paint products meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and handle material preparation according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into tanks and operate various production machinery.
• Coordinate with the quality control team for final paint adjustments.
• Fill approved paint products and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow safety procedures and perform basic equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade) or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Fire‑fighter and first‑aider certifications are a plus.
• Valid forklift driving knowledge.
