Production Operator – Paint Manufacturing

About the role

We are urgently hiring a Production Operator for a multinational paint manufacturing company based in Kuwait. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line, ensuring smooth processing of raw materials into finished paint products.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and prepare them according to batch cards.
• Charge raw materials into storage tanks.
• Operate various production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with quality control to make final paint adjustments.
• Fill and package approved paint products.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th grade).
• 3–5 years of experience in a paint factory or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Certified fire‑fighter and first‑aider is a plus.
• Knowledge of forklift operation.
