Project Planner – EPC Projects

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a motivated Planner to support one of its EPC projects in Kuwait. You will work closely with the Senior Planner to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of engineering, procurement and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the Contract Baseline Schedule and subsequent revised schedules.
• Generate regular schedule updates and progress monitoring sheets for all project phases and disciplines.
• Update Progress Performance Curves and Key Performance Indicators in coordination with the Senior Planner.
• Identify schedule deviations, flag “out‑of‑sequence” items and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the Senior Planner in preparing weekly and monthly reports, budgeting inputs and maintaining planning records.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably on EPC projects.
• Hands‑on involvement in Engineering & Procurement and strong experience during the construction phase.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions and deliver accurate results.
