Sales Assistant – Retail (Sandro/Maje)

About the role

The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience for the Sandro and Maje brands at The Avenues Mall. You will also support daily store operations as directed by management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Greet customers promptly with a friendly attitude and provide accurate product information.
• Thank customers as they leave and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, ensure cash‑wrap cleanliness, and suggest additional items to increase sales.
• Process transactions efficiently, sell gift cards, and capture customer data in the store database.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
