Sales Consultant - Automotive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to develop new prospects and nurture existing customer relationships, driving sales of our vehicle portfolio while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by exceeding expectations.
• Answer inquiries by phone and direct callers to the appropriate specialist.
• Educate customers on the full range of products and services.
• Resolve complaints sensitively and involve additional support when needed.
• Address customer hesitation and resistance effectively.
• Calculate cost allowances, financing costs, and down payments to determine vehicle pricing.
• Accurately document and register all vehicle transaction details.
• Conduct memorable hand‑over experiences for customers.
• Network through referrals, telephone prospecting, and canvassing.
• Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database.
• Follow the Order‑to‑Delivery process to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Bilingual with strong command of English and Arabic.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented and enjoys interacting with people.
• High level of selling and convincing abilities.
• Team player.
