Sales Executive – Hotel & Hospitality

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for Hilton Kuwait Resort by analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
• Develop and nurture customer accounts within the local area to increase market share across all revenue streams.
• Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
• Design and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
• Prepare contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Attend sales events and represent the hotel as required.
• Produce accurate reports for the Sales Director covering appointments, calls, and leads.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
