About the role

As a Sales Manager you will lead the department to align with Grand Hyatt Kuwait’s strategies and brand standards, ensuring the expectations of colleagues, guests and owners are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Run the sales department efficiently in line with hotel strategies and brand standards.
  • Act as a sales specialist to maximize revenue profitably and meet agreed targets.
  • Achieve pre‑determined revenue targets while maintaining sales programmes and managing multi‑faceted projects.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury international hotel or equivalent.
  • University degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management (preferred).
  • Self‑organized with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
