Sales & Marketing Specialist & Business Development Manager – Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our fast‑growing team in Farwaniya and are looking for dynamic professionals to fill several sales and business development positions. The roles focus on low‑voltage systems, MEP products, and logistics/customs solutions, offering you the chance to make a real impact and advance your career.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned market segment.
• Promote and sell low‑voltage solutions such as CCTV and access control systems.
• Market MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) products to construction and engineering firms.
• Develop relationships with logistics providers and manage customs documentation for clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the relevant sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
