SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA Finance Transformation

About the role

The SAP FICO Consultant will lead end‑to‑end finance transformation projects for airline operators, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling and Treasury. You will act as the Finance Solution Architect, guiding implementations, migrations from JDE, and global rollouts while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture for airline finance processes.
• Lead greenfield implementations and brownfield migrations (JDE to S/4HANA).
• Support revenue accounting, R2R, cost & profitability management, fleet asset accounting, and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with multi‑currency, multi‑country stakeholders and ensure audit readiness.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and oversee large‑scale airline rollouts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven delivery of SAP finance transformations in the aviation sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; finance certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives and multi‑vendor teams.
