We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Retail Sales Unit as Junior Brokers. This position offers hands‑on exposure to brokerage services, client relationship management, and the fast‑moving world of financial markets within a leading wealth management firm.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with potential and existing clients to promote brokerage services.
• Build and manage an individual client portfolio.
• Execute trades and support clients in their investment activities.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for wealth and investment products.
• Monitor market trends and proactively engage clients with relevant insights.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, client relationships, and financial markets.
• Confident communicator in both Arabic and English.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and eager to learn.
• Professional, client‑focused mindset.
