Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Doha office in a hybrid working setup. You will drive technology‑focused transformation projects for clients across Qatar, acting as a trusted advisor and shaping product vision together with best‑in‑class engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on the latest IT service trends and digital innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technology‑focused transformation projects.
• Assess client opportunities, respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, and help close new deals.
• Shape and scope consulting engagements, define operating models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends in Qatar and translate insights into client value.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Align activities with business unit goals and support revenue and profit targets.

Required profile

• Broad and deep expertise in the Qatar market.
• Significant experience in digital and innovative technology leadership or a comparable consultancy role.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and digital service consulting.
• Willingness to lead and recruit a dedicated team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record managing fast‑paced consulting engagements.
• Solid business acumen, negotiation skills and numeric fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
