Senior Corporate Development Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Senior Corporate Development Specialist to drive its growth strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that generate long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of corporate strategy and growth plans.
• Identify and assess opportunities in new markets, business lines, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, feasibility studies, and business assessments.
• Develop financial models, valuations, business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario forecasts for potential investments.
• Coordinate M&A activities, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, and post‑deal integration.
• Evaluate joint ventures, alliances, and other partnership opportunities.
• Track strategic projects and investment performance using KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
• Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors to support deal execution.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (MBA or professional qualification is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate development, investment, strategy, M&A, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior management.
