Senior Field Service Specialist – Chemical Processing

About the role

The Senior Field Service Specialist will independently perform contamination and filtration technology assessments and support rental order execution for industrial process environments, primarily in the Energy sector. Based in Kuwait, the role involves extensive travel across GCC countries, with 70‑80% of time spent on customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct contamination assessment surveys, identify process bottlenecks, and perform sampling and laboratory analysis at customer locations.
• Prepare field documentation such as work protocols, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Plans (HIP), and other safety/process documents.
• Define technical service scope, review commercial proposals, and attend customer kick‑off meetings.
• Produce daily field reports and final technical campaign reports with recommendations.
• Evaluate and size Pall filtration and separation solutions, collect installation data, and supervise installation, commissioning, and start‑up of rental units.
• Troubleshoot Pall products and systems on‑site and deliver final job reports with clear technical guidance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive field experience in industrial process environments, especially Oil & Gas, Refinery, Polymers, and Chemical sectors.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC and work predominantly on‑site.
• Strong technical background enabling independent execution of assessments and solution implementation.

Required skills
