Senior Sales Manager – Banking Software (Qatar/Kuwait)

About the role

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales of its award‑winning banking technology solutions across Qatar and Kuwait. You will work with digital banks, traditional banks and NBFCs to deliver tailored, innovative financial software.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for digital, lending and core banking products in the Qatar and Kuwait markets.
• Identify and engage prospects, build relationships, and develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the banking and financial software industry.
• Demonstrated success selling digital, lending, core banking or transaction banking solutions.
• Experience working with digital banks, traditional banks and NBFCs in the Middle East.
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship‑building capabilities.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of banking systems, lending platforms and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain and Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
