Senior Security Consultant – FortiGuard Proactive Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our FortiGuard Proactive Services team in Kuwait. Reporting to the Director of FortiGuard Security Consulting Services, you will work directly with customers to strengthen their cyber‑security posture and improve incident response readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer‑facing proactive services engagements.
• Design and deliver tabletop exercises that test and refine incident response plans.
• Conduct readiness assessments of customers' security posture and incident response capabilities.
• Assist customers in creating and updating incident response playbooks and overall response plans.
• Provide response training and keep abreast of evolving compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).
• Review existing security programs, recommend improvements, and help define network topologies.
• Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong consulting and communication skills, able to interact with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Self‑motivated, capable of independent work and effective teamwork.

Required skills
