Project Manager – Digital Transformation Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale digital transformation and enterprise technology programmes for government and enterprise clients. The role involves overseeing cloud, AI, and application modernisation initiatives across international, fast‑paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital transformation programmes, managing planning, execution, governance, budgets, risks and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, architecture, UI/UX, infrastructure, QA, cybersecurity, DevOps and business stakeholders.
• Drive GCP and Microsoft Azure‑based application delivery and modernisation projects.
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and release tracking.
• Maintain Jira boards, sprint reports, issue tracking and delivery dashboards.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, RAID logs, KPIs and steering‑committee presentations.
• Facilitate steering‑committee meetings, stakeholder workshops and executive briefings.
• Support pre‑sales discussions, solution workshops, estimations and delivery planning.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years managing enterprise digital transformation or large‑scale technology projects.
• Strong experience delivering Microsoft Azure cloud and enterprise application projects.
• Proven ability to work with international teams across the USA and/or Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management, client‑facing communication and executive reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or Microsoft certifications preferred.
