About the role

We are a reputable contracting company operating in Kuwait’s hotel sector, seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Technician to join our Hotel Division. The role involves maintaining high‑quality pool facilities for hotel guests and ensuring safe, clean water conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of swimming pool systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pumps, filters, and water treatment equipment.
• Carry out repairs or coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment failures.
• Monitor water chemistry and adjust treatment processes to meet health standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any safety concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in swimming pool maintenance and operations.
• Familiarity with hotel or commercial pool environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pool equipment, pumps, filters, and water treatment systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
