Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in planning, sourcing, and hiring talent across all divisions of the company. This role ensures that manpower needs are met on time while complying with Kuwait labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in preparing the annual manpower plan for all departments.
• Consolidate approved plans into budget projections and prepare the company’s manpower budget.
• Develop recruitment plans, screen applications, and source candidates through websites, referrals, job fairs, and other channels.
• Maintain a categorized database of potential candidates for future needs.
• Liaise with department heads to identify hiring needs, conduct preliminary interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Post job openings on newspapers, social media, and appropriate platforms.
• Negotiate salaries within the company’s salary scale and prepare employment offers and contracts in line with Kuwait Labor Law.
• Submit residency transfer documents to the Governmental Relations Team and track their progress.
• Prepare regular reports on employee information and recruitment statistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a multi‑department environment.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor legislation and residency procedures.
• Ability to coordinate manpower planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
