Training Operations Officer – Center of Continuing Education

About the role

The Training Operations Officer supports the delivery of professional development courses, workshops, and certification programs at the Center of Continuing Education (CCE). Working closely with the Team Leader – Training Operations & Testing and the CCE Director, the officer ensures that classes, instructors, and facilities are efficiently scheduled and prepared, while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the scheduling and setup of all CCE training programs, ensuring logistical, technical, and material requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records in CCE management systems, including product sheets, class openings, participant and instructor data, and operational reports.
• Develop and monitor the annual training calendar, trainer schedules, and classroom allocations.
• Oversee training delivery, collect feedback, and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Communicate course information, coordinate instructor schedules, and provide support to participants.
• Ensure training venues, equipment, and materials are properly arranged and maintained.
• Process course-related forms, certificates, cancellations, and transfers promptly.
• Coordinate testing center activities, supervise exam administration, and maintain a secure testing environment.
• Prepare trainer payment requests and handle petty‑cash advances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
