About the role

The water bottling plant is expanding its workforce and is seeking qualified candidates for a range of operational and technical positions. These roles are essential to maintain continuous production, ensure product quality, and support plant utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall production, quality, and efficiency as Plant Head/Production Engineer.
• Operate and monitor blow‑moulding, filling, labeling, shrink‑wrap, and palletizing machines.
• Provide assistance and stand‑in support for operators and helpers as needed.
• Conduct quality control testing and maintain laboratory records.
• Manage water treatment processes and operate the RO system.
• Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment.
• Ability to work in a shift‑based, onsite setting.
• Basic literacy in safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to collaborate with a diverse production team.

Required skills

• Operation of blow‑moulding, filling, labeling, shrink‑wrap and palletizing machinery.
• Water treatment (RO) system operation.
• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Mechanical maintenance of production equipment.
