Waiter – Full‑Time Service Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters to join our restaurant team, delivering a pleasant dining experience to guests. The role involves greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer queries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
• Maintain clean and well‑set tables throughout service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés or hospitality (premium experience preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or hotel management diploma is a plus.
• Basic training in customer service or food‑and‑beverage service.
• Presentable, customer‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
