Wireline Field Specialist – Field Service

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Field Service team as a Wireline Field Specialist, supporting inland and offshore rigs to improve well construction and production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the well site.
• Advise the Customer Representative in logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision‑making processes.
• Maintain records and communications as required by the district manager.
• Assist in providing completions logging and completions services at the workshop and wellsite.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and core values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• 4+ years of experience with in‑depth knowledge of Wireline Completions products and services.
• Seismic background is optional.
• Previous experience working with Baker Hughes is preferred.
• Ability to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
