About the role

Taiba Hospital’s Women’s Health Integrated Care Center is seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental‑health support for women across the lifespan, from prenatal stages through menopause. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering individualized and group therapeutic interventions within an integrated care model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, mindfulness, and supportive counseling tailored to perinatal, menopausal, and chronic‑illness populations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics with validated tools, creating personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, midwives, and multidisciplinary specialists to embed mental‑health interventions into holistic care pathways.
• Develop and deliver psycho‑education workshops and resources on stress management, postpartum adjustment, and self‑care.
• Monitor patient outcomes using standardized measures (e.g., PHQ‑9, GAD‑7) and adjust treatment plans based on data and feedback.
• Lead department huddles and community outreach initiatives to promote mental‑health awareness and reduce stigma.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a valid license or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s health, perinatal, or integrated‑care settings.
• Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Strong empathy, active‑listening abilities, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to continuous learning and evidence‑based practice.
