Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist to improve the quality of AI‑generated Arabic responses. This remote contract position focuses on evaluating and refining search‑based reasoning, factual verification, and localization for Arabic‑speaking audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic answers for accuracy, cultural relevance, and proper formatting.
• Assess search trajectories, including query effectiveness, source selection, verification steps, and reasoning paths.
• Identify and correct factual errors, unsupported claims, weak reasoning, and localization inconsistencies.
• Provide structured feedback on reasoning flaws, source quality, and improvement opportunities.
• Support model improvement through annotation, multilingual evaluation, fact‑checking, and response ranking tasks.
• Contribute to training datasets that enhance multilingual search reasoning and web‑research performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Research, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
• Native or near‑native Arabic proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong English proficiency for interpreting guidelines and writing bilingual feedback.
• Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, editorial review, fact‑checking, or related workflows.
• Solid understanding of search‑based reasoning, factual verification, and source credibility assessment.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
