Area Coach – Multi-Unit Restaurant Management

About the role

The Area Coach will oversee multiple Krispy Kreme restaurants within a designated territory, driving operational excellence, financial performance and a superior guest experience. This leadership position ensures brand standards are met while developing talent across the locations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurants consistently deliver high-quality food, service and cleanliness in line with brand standards and health & safety regulations.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and their teams, building a talent pipeline and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Achieve sales, profit and cost targets, monitor labor, food and productivity metrics, and support new store openings.
• Drive a guest-first culture by monitoring feedback and implementing action plans to improve customer satisfaction.
• Uphold brand standards, company policies and represent Krispy Kreme values with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of restaurant operations experience, including 3–5 years in a multi-unit QSR management role.
• Proven track record of meeting financial and operational targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
