ARMO Supervisor – Artificial Lift Services

About the role

The ARMO Supervisor will lead HSE compliance and oversee workshop and cable shop operations for artificial lift (ARMO) equipment. This role ensures equipment readiness, quality, and timely delivery to support uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSE compliance across all ARMO activities, including inspections, hazard hunts, and emergency drills.
• Supervise workshop technicians, manage ESP bench testing, inspection, and quality assurance for pumps, motors, seals, sensors, and Y‑Tools.
• Oversee cable shop functions such as new cable inspection, testing, spooling, Hi‑Pot testing, fault finding, and splicing.
• Coordinate equipment repair, calibration, recertification, and preventive maintenance to meet rig demand.
• Maintain accurate tracking of pulled equipment, utilization, and inspection status in ARMO systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in artificial lift operations.
• Strong knowledge of ESP equipment, workshop processes, and cable systems.

Required skills

• ESP equipment bench testing and inspection.
• Hi‑Pot testing and cable splicing.
• Equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Failure analysis and asset management.
