Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager translates senior brand strategy into measurable marketing execution for casual‑dining restaurants. The role bridges brand, operations, digital, CRM and agency teams to drive sales, guest engagement and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Convert annual brand strategy into quarterly and monthly marketing plans that support sales, traffic and brand affinity.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of campaigns across dine‑in, delivery, CRM, social, digital, PR, partnerships and in‑restaurant touchpoints.
• Build campaigns on clear business cases, forecasting sales impact, margin, ROI and promotional mechanics.
• Partner with culinary, operations, finance and supply‑chain teams to support new menu launches, limited‑time offers and pricing initiatives.
• Manage digital campaigns, content calendars, CRM activations, loyalty communications and delivery‑aggregator visibility.
• Identify restaurant‑level opportunities to drive footfall, weekday recovery, family occasions and under‑performing stores.
• Brief and evaluate creative, media, digital and production agencies to ensure on‑brand, cost‑effective output.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in restaurants, hospitality or multi‑site consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage for GCC market execution.
