Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in generating and handling sales opportunities, ensuring smooth turnover and timely service delivery. This role focuses on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet personal and location revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, coordinating sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to ensure coordinated, non‑duplicative sales efforts.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify market trends, competitor strengths, and economic factors to maximize revenue and close optimal opportunities.
• Support the company’s customer service standards, delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions.
