Automation & Data Operations Associate

About the role

SimUSim is seeking an Automation & Data Operations Associate to boost operational efficiency across the company. You will work on a variety of projects that combine automation, data analysis, AI tools, and system integration, collaborating directly with founders and multiple departments from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal automations that connect tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, analytics platforms, databases and more.
• Reduce manual reporting and repetitive tasks by creating workflow automations and AI‑powered solutions.
• Analyze operational and business data to spot trends, inefficiencies and support KPI dashboards.
• Consolidate information from disparate systems and improve internal reporting processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, track timelines, owners and deliverables, and document processes.
• Research, test and integrate new AI tools to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
